The house of ILL!

So I’m not 100% yet but I am feeling so much better than I did on Saturday.  Squidge is coming down with it  now.  I feel for her and what is to come.  Oh well at least she’s not asthmatic as a chesty cough flu bug with asthma is frickin scary.

OK so I was tagged for another 7 weird odd things about me meme.  I’m slap out of weird things about me so I’m going to open this up to my friends, Romans and countrymen… lend me your ear comments.  So this is how we play this little game.  For those that know me in real life, what are some things about me you find weird or odd.  For those that don’t know me in real life but know me in Bloggyland what do you find (if anything) weird or odd about this blog.  Come on folks don’t be shy- I have pretty thick skin and can take pretty much anything…. I think.

I find it odd that you would name your cat Spike. What’s wrong with you?

Ooooooh. An oddity about Lindyloo. I am the holder of many secrets. Hee hee.

Well here’s one that’s not too crazy…just a little unnerving. Lindyloo does this thing that’s really funny when she ends a night or a visit or something. Most people before they end a night out do it progressively. They say things like “oh, it’s getting late” or “i should be going” or slowly leave (push their chair away and talk, get up and talk some more, get their coat and stay awhile) or things just quietly die down and people leave. Well, Lindyloo does NOT do that. When Lindyloo leaves, she leaves. For example, we could be in the midst of a heated political debate or a loud conversation or listening to music or drinking ourselves to oblivion and suddenly Lindy will get up and just go. I always laugh when she does it. There is no forewarning about it. She just gets up, gets her stuff and says something like “okay, see ya later.”

abrupt leaver.. that IS funny!! I haven’t ‘met’ her yet but I guess she seems real fiesty on here.. very confident and kicking a** and then she says stuff like ‘I don’t really say what I would,’ or stuff that eludes to shyness or being reserved.. is that true in your real life??

An abrupt leaver? Hmm, might be interesting to put you together with my brother then, as he takes about 6 years to leave.

I still find it weird you can survive on so little sleep…I’m also waiting for you to share the secret…I’m always shattered and I go to bed at about 10.30 normally….so I’m just lealous really.
