Namaste!

Yoga.  Have you tried it?  Do you like it?  Is it hard?  Will it help me lose weight?  Will I want to become a Buddist monk and shave my head a la Britney Spears?? thxkbai!

    I used to do Aerobic Yoga and it was amazingly awesome and yes, helped lose weight. I like regular yoga for just getting myself focused and relaxed. I didn’t do it for weight loss though, so I’m not sure how that works.

    it will make you more flexible and can help you feel better about yourself… when I’m doing yoga regularly I’m more patient.
