It has been absolutely fabulous here in Manchester- SUNNY SUNNY SUNNY!!! Almost 2 weeks of sunny and DRY weather and we’ve been out enjoying it! We’ve done a bit of walking. Equal parts laughing and trantruming
Some lunch dates and park dates and hair appointment dates….”but don’t let them cut my hair mama. I a girl and girls have long hair” We’ve been rolling down hills. I’ve been told off, “No mama! I do NOT want my photo taken!” and replies of “Sorry baby but that’s what this mama does so look at the camera!”
I need to buy a video camera (do they still call them that?!?!?) Squidge was rolling down the hill but she doesn’t know how to do it properly. She was rolling across the hill and it was pretty funny. She’s at the stage where you can’t correct her- she just storms off crossing her arms and throwing her chin as far up into the air as possible harrumphing as she goes. It’s all I can do to stop laughing sometimes.
A little update on the house. We “officially” put the house on the market on Thursday. The estate agent came by on Monday (8th) to take a quick look around and discuss asking price. The photographer was here on Wednesday(9th) and listed on their website/rightmove by Thursday(10th). We had two viewings with 2 more booked for this weekend and early next week. It was all looking really good, well except for all the damn cleaning I kept having to do! Lo and behold on Thursday(18th) we got a full asking price offer on the house. We are cautiously optimistic that the sale will go through. It all happened very quickly we’re still a bit shell-shocked. I’ve scrambled around and set up some viewings- 3 today and 4 tomorrow. Keeping our fingers crossed we can find something we like and can afford. We’ll keep you posted and would appreciate happy and positive thoughts sent our way.
