Weigh-in this morning. Weeks Weight lost: +.5 Total lost: 14.5
So not such a good week. It was not a huge surprise considering I hadn’t been to the gym all week. Having said that I did think I was going to lose a bit as I stayed within my points. I’m not sure what went wrong. The way the plan works is that if you stay within your 29 daily pro points you will lose up to 2lbs per week.
I’m trying not to be too discouraged, it was only 1/2 lb but I was hoping that I’d finally cracked it and would always lose 2lbs if I stuck to the plan! I’m continuing to eat healthy. I’m trying different recipes, new vegetables and in the end it will be all worth it!
