Week 21. Weight lost this week: -4 Weight loss in total 21.5
Hurrah! I lost the 3 lbs I gained last week plus some. I’m very pleased with myself and proved that I can stick to the 29 daily points when I really set my mind to it. I will admit that what helped the most was that I was ill ill ill this past week. My appetite was gone so it was pretty easy to be really strict with myself. Watch this space as I see if I can maintain this next week.
I’m curious as to how you’re all doing with the run up to the holiday eating season. I know that I have a weight goal in mind that I want to reach but am planning on pigging out on Thanksgiving, Christmas day and Boxing day.
