    Make a small goal for yourself for this week only. I’m a lazy tracker so I am tracking this week and exercising 3 days. Make it attainable – then add to it next week. One good one that I fall back on is to eat 2 fruit or veg snacks per day. Adding positive things is easier for me than taking away negative. Good luck!! You CAN do it!!!

      Oh that’s a good idea! Will give it a try this week. I’m trying to walk every day with my Mom but it’s been raining here so much that we’re just handing out!
