Week 35 Weight lost this week: +.5 Weight loss in total 25.5 lbs
Soooo back on the yoyo train! I checked my weight tracker and I’ve been hoovering around 25 lbs lost since December 14 and I’m getting a bit discouraged. I know that Weight Watcher’s works and that the reason I’ve lost/gained is entirely up the the crap I’ve been putting in my mouth, not tracking properly, that time of the month… blah bleeding blah!! I promised myself I was going to be perfect this week and already I’ve screwed it up and had a chinese take-away!! Ya so whose shoulder am I going to cry on when I have another gain next week?!?!?! I’m my own worse enemy, really I am! OK I’ve gotten the pitty party out of the way, let’s see what I’m going to do differently this week.
1. All of the baked goods my mother left me with are gone. Either eaten (ahem) or thrown away.
2. track and track better!!
3. Don’t beat myself up if I have a bad day (see Chinese take-away)
4. Remember how far I’ve come. 25 lbs is nothing to sneeze at and the next 25 will happen.
Main one I’ve done already is not beat myself up for having Chinese. I’ve stayed within my points today so onwards and upwards. Also I must remember that I haven’t enjoyed the last 2 Chinese meals I’ve had so I need to stop craving them. I think that since I started Weight Watcher’s I’ve eaten so much better that when I do eat crap it makes me feel sick. I’ve noticed that with bread as well so I must remember these things. It’s a total bummer when you decide to blow some points on a meal and it ends up not tasting good!
