As you might have guessed I’ve been off Weight Watchers due to my surgery. If I’m honest I was off weight watchers the week before the surgery too! It is so easy for me to fall off the wagon and the excuse of having major surgery was all it took for me to indulge. I didn’t eat much for the 5 days I was in hospital and then ate whatever I wanted when I got out. Admittedly I didn’t feel like eating much so it worked out. By this Monday I told myself I was going to get back on the wagon and I did OK… ish. Then I went to McDonalds and promptly fell off the wagon. Today I met a friend for lunch and we ate Lebanese food so again I fell off the wagon. I’m doing my best to stick to weight watchers but honestly with my Mom here I just want to enjoy myself and not worry too much. The good thing about being on Weight Watchers for over a year is that I make some smart choices out of habit so I think I’m doing alright. I’m also walking a lot more than I usually do (car is broken down) so fingers crossed when I go back to Weight Watchers next Wednesday I’ll have a double digit weight loss! Please.
A while back I was sent some Weight Watchers food and one of the things they sent was a 0 propoint lemonade and I am officially addicted to it! If you haven’t tried it you need to run out and grab a bottle (or 30!) Seriously yummo!
