Week 53  Weight lost this week: -1 Weight loss in total 42.5 lbs

Happy to report I lost the pound I gained last week!  Still struggling with tracking and snacking but as long as the losses, however small, mount up I shouldn’t complain.  This week I tried another new recipe. Herby salmon frittata. It was delicious and one the whole family enjoyed. As with most of the recipes I might tweak this one a little bit.  I think I might slice the potatoes a bit thinner and maybe use less of them. Still I felt totally righteous eating something so healthy AND delicious.  It tasted even better the next day chilled.

I’m expecting a gain next week as I have a pretty social weekend coming up. Fingers crossed I can “bank” some points during the week.
