I’m a bit of a kitchen gadget junkie. Seriously, I have a strawberry slicer, a dooby that I use to make shoe string strips of my carrot and a so many different zesters it’s verging on a problem. I do try to not buy every kitchen gadget I see but it’s not easy.
I knew my cause was lost when I started to see recipes popping up with ‘veggie speghetti’ and talk of spiral zucchini/courgette and all manner of squash turned into speghetti. Finally a friend of mine got one and she raved and raved about it. I hopped on line lickety-split and ordered one. I arrived on Thursday and I’ve used it twice.
I decided to go for a full on spiralizer but they come in all shapes and sizes- this is mine. It’s super easy to use and dare I admit it, fun!

- Fry Light
- San Marzano tomatoes (or any baby toms)
