Weight Watchers- the highs


The quest to shift the lardy butt continues! I’ve been trying to stick to my weight watchers points but I have to admit that it’s been hard going this time around.  What is it that’s making me want to eat ALL THE SNACKS?

One of the things I’m trying to get a handle on is my lunch.  Because I am essentially a greedy person and I love food and I love to eat I have to surround myself with healthy well balanced choices.

Currently my fridge is full of veggies and zoodles and boodles and any other oodles I can find! When I’m working from home a quick meal of butternut squash noodles piled high with veggies really hits the spot! 


I’m also still loving my Glorious! soups. It fits perfectly with the Weight Watchers ethos of healthy and wholesome foods.  I love that I can pronounce every single ingredient although I did stumble over acidifier 😉

My current favourite soup is the Singapore Crushed Tomato soup- half the pot is 3 smart points and it is very filling!

All of the soups in the SkinnyLicious range are less than 2% fat, under 150 calories per portion and every soup flavour in the range is completely vegetarian. Like I said perfect for lunch and totally Weight Watchers!
